Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. If you choose to join our football family our team site will provide additional access to more resources, game schedules, team communications and more. The team registrations will walk you through each step including payments and payment options for the season. RedZone Football Camp
Christ Prep Football offers a week long football day camp. The coaches work with your sons to help them along their journey to become Christ-honoring young men. RedZone focuses on teaching football basics and conditioning.
Date: May 20th-23rd, 2024
Time: 6pm-7:30pm
Location: Little Mill Creek Park North, Lenexa
Cost: $30 - includes a RedZone t-shirt
Player Registration - NOW LIVE FOR 2023!
Register below for either our Jr. High or Varsity football team. Our Varsity team is made up of boys from 14-18 years old. Our Jr. High team is made up of boys from 12-14 years old. The player's age is based on how old they will be on August 1st of this season. If you have any questions please contact your team's head coach. Please pay attention to the information regarding 6th graders.

Player Sports Physical Form
Please download the following form and have your physician complete it during your Sports Physical. Bring the completed form with you to the registration day to be provided to the staff. Please note that you will need the information on this form to complete the medical portion of the on-line registration.
Emergency Medical Insurance Consent Waiver
Please download the following form and have it notarized. Bring the completed form with you to the registration day. If you are in need of a notary or are unable to complete before registration, a notary will be onsite at registration to provide notary services for $5.
