Christ Prep Patriots Make History: 2025 NHFA National Champions & First-Ever Perfect Season (13–0)
The Christ Prep Academy Patriots have reached the pinnacle of homeschool football, winning the 2025 NHFA National Championship and completing the first perfect 13–0 season in program history. With dominant performances throughout the postseason and a defense that set new program standards, the Patriots cemented themselves as the top homeschool football team in the nation.
A Dominant National Tournament Run
Christ Prep traveled to Panama City Beach for the NHFA National Tournament with one goal: finish what they started. The Patriots opened the week with a commanding 48–6 semifinal victory over the Atlas HomeSchool Rattlers of Fort Worth, TX, showcasing a balanced, physical brand of football that set the tone for championship weekend.
In the National Championship game, Christ Prep defeated the Tomball Christian HomeSchool Warriors of Houston, TX 22–7, securing the program's third national title (previous titles: 2018 and 2019) - and its first-ever undefeated season.
A Defense for the Ages
The 2025 Patriots delivered one of the most impressive defensive seasons in Christ Prep history. Over 13 games, the Patriots allowed only 8 total touchdowns, a testament to their discipline, physicality, and preparation. The unit consistently set the tone each week, helping propel the team through a challenging schedule and into national-title contention.
A Program-Defining Season
"This team earned every bit of this championship," said Head Coach Tom Hurley. "They committed to the process, played for each other, and continued a culture of excellence. To finish undefeated and bring home another national title is something our players, families, and alumni will remember forever."
